By accessing this website or engaging Inworko Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ("Inworko", "we", "us", "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Inworko provides IT and digital services including, but not limited to, website development, application development, ecommerce development, digital marketing, hosting, cloud solutions and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and cost for any project will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement signed by both parties.
Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or full payment) will be specified in the project quotation. Work on deliverables may be paused if agreed payment milestones are not met. Late payments may attract additional charges as communicated at the time of engagement.
Ownership of final deliverables (code, design files, content) transfers to the client only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Inworko retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Where a project involves third-party platforms, plugins, licenses or paid tools (such as hosting, domains, premium themes, APIs or payment gateways), the client is responsible for any associated subscription or licensing fees unless explicitly included in the proposal.
Inworko will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality, functional work. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, business downtime, data loss caused by third-party services, or issues arising from client-side changes made after project handover.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date, and any advance payments for unstarted work will be handled as per the specific project agreement.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
