Refund Policy

Our approach to cancellations and refunds for project and service engagements.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Overview

Because Inworko's services (website development, application development, digital marketing, hosting setup, etc.) involve custom work, time and third-party costs, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

2. Advance Payments

Projects typically begin after an advance payment. This advance covers initial planning, design and resource allocation. If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, the advance is refundable minus a processing fee. Once work has commenced, the advance becomes non-refundable as it covers time and resources already committed.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

4. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Subscriptions

Fees paid for hosting plans, domain registrations, SSL certificates, plugins, themes or any third-party licenses are non-refundable once purchased, as these are procured directly from third-party providers on the client's behalf.

5. Digital Marketing & SEO Retainers

Monthly retainers for digital marketing, SEO or social media management cover time, tools and ad platform management for that billing cycle. Once a cycle has started, fees for that month are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future cycles at any time with prior written notice.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@inworko.com with your project details and reason for the request. Our team will review the request against the project's payment and delivery status and respond within 5–7 business days.

Note: Specific refund terms for your project may also be defined in your signed proposal or service agreement, which will take precedence over this general policy where applicable.
